First thing which I have noted in this content that writer explained the importance of internal auditing outsourcing on the basis of ICAI's recommendation.

• It will reduce accounting scandals.
• It will increase the objectivity means to help to achieve the purposes of auditing.

Writer also opened the accounting scandal of Satyam in which internal auditor  assisted Raju Brothers in forging balance sheet of company. I think this is good recommendation and no doubt after outsourcing internal auditing, it is most difficult of company's accounting department to cheat with company and its shareholders. But it is also risk of opening the privacy of company.

It is also should keep in mind that rat trap ( greed ) is very bad thing. No one can save from it. Outsourced internal auditor may be bought on bribe money. Only , appointment of honest chartered accountants for internal auditor post can solve the problem of accounting scandals instead outsourcing of internal auditing.
