An Officer Finding New Way  to Teach their Employees

To teach employees is totally different from teaching students. It is most difficult and challenging work of administrator or officer. But for more effective decisions and increasing confidence in employees, to teach employees is very important. If an officer will follow my simple teaching  tips, he or she will succeed to teach employees with better way.

1st Teaching Tip :  Fix the Responsibility

Officer should call their all fresh employees. He should fix the responsibility of each employee for doing specific task. All employee will do best if they have to face accountability. Fix the responsibility is great tool of teaching to employees. What should they do or not?

2nd Teaching Tip : Teaching by Example

If any employee did not do the work before joining, it is very necessary to teach him by example. Officer should do first in the presence of his employee. After this, employee should follow this.

3rd Teaching Tip : Important Documents  should be Dealt Promptly

In my offices, officers have to deal large number of documents. Officer should teach to his employees which are important documents and which are not important. He also teaches them about how to deal important documents promptly.

4th Teaching Tip : Team Work among the Various Branches

Officer has to look large number of branches. So, he should teach his employees about the importance of team work. He should establish the network with each employee for completing any project. If employees face any typical problem, then that problem should be solved by discussion on various points.

5th Teaching Tip : To Teach Rules and Regulations of  Law

Officer knows every rule and regulation of law, so, it is the duty of officer to teach all these rules and regulation to his subordinates. He should use his skills for telling important points of law.
