I am physically Challenged women. I have been working in NGO who works for physically challenged people in Bangalore. I visited this organisation for my left leg surgery 2002 and then I joined this organisation an office assistant and promoted up to Academic Manager. I am basically B.Com and MBA in Finance and HR graduate. Initially I did not get the job in accounts, for life I continued in administration job. Still I have inner desire to become accountant and teach accounts. I have 10 years experience as an administrator. Now If I apply for accountant job , companies hesitate to provide a job because I do not have practical exposure to tally and accounts. I am really in confusion what to do. But I want to work in account field. Can you suggest me What can I do. Please.
