Best way to educate employees is to provide training through senior employees or officers. Senior should show the sample work to employees. With this, new employees will understand the practical way of working.
For example, we have to educate a new account clerk. Before getting work from account clerk, we educate him by showing government's main accounts. We also explain, what are the main part of his duty and how will he pass the accounting entries in the books. But, if we have appointed a dispatch clerk, we will teach him, how to complete the government letters. What nos. should be mentioned on government letters and where we have to send these letters? Like this, we have to teach every type of employees in the Government office.
Employer should also tell the main mistake which can be happened during the work. If a new employee is appointed, sometime employer should ignore his mistakes and motivate for not doing such mistakes in the future. You can imagine Rs. 9's variation will create big problems between Govt and Contractor. Officer should explain with humble without showing any anger because we all do mistakes. So, we treat employee as student. Every word should be spoken after thinking 100 times. Employer should be good guide not a dictator in the eyes of employees.
Time to time, Government also publish books of rules and regulation which are distributed among new employees. These books may be the big source of education of employees, if they read these books by spending their time. One more good way is the seminar and conference. In seminar, employees are guided. Some employees give good idea of better working in Govt. department. Employer should welcome all these new ideas of young employees.
