I know all these needs. You should remember all the needs and should take teaching decision on this base.
1. Love
Students wants love from teacher. Yesterday, one of student talked with me on my tel. +91-1762-500250. I listened his problem and with my love with him, I succeeded to answer his questions. Without love, I will become selfish. Only love give me power to solve his problem. Instead of getting the training of teaching in B.ed, you should get the training of love. With the power of love your student will understand your teaching. If you will not love to your students, they can not understand your teaching.
There are two things which helps to understand anything. One is brain and second is heart. love creates co-ordination between brain and heart.
Always talk the students with smile. Always respect students. Always give your time to each student. Always enjoy with your students.
2. Security
Student needs the security. Give them this. Your student never fear from you. I am lover of my students. 5 years ago, l left my off-line teaching but still my old students meet me in the market. They share their problem with me. This is because, they understand me as friend not teacher. They feel more secure in my presence. So, always become friend of your student. Give them financial support to poor students. See your own children in your students.
3. Reward
Reward is basic need of student. It is the great motivation for your students. I remembered, I got Rs. 3150 merit scholarship on the basis of my first division in10+2 class. This gave motivation to do better in B.Com. So, appreciate your student for his good work.Never become negative. Give the prize if your students win your test.
