1. Cost of Transport Outside City
There are three main modes of transport. One is train,
second is bus and third is airplane. Cheap is train. There are lots of online
websites which tell you the cost of going and returning cost. For example, you

2. Cost of Transport inside City

When you will go to railway station or bus stand
or airport, you have to pay the cost of transport inside the city. For example,
you will hire the car for reaching the airport. So, when you will go you will
and when you will return same cost, you will pay, so you will have to calculate
the total of both costs.

When you reach your destination. You may visit 5
or 10 important place. First of make the list of all the places which you will

If you are travelling, you should calculate the cost of
living in the Dharamshala or hotel. In India, you can get one room easily in
any Dharamshala by paying Rs. 50 to Rs. 200 per day. For calculating the total
cost of living, you will multiply per day cost with number of days, you will
live.
4. Cost of Eating During Travelling
Your cost will almost be double from your
eating in a day. It may be dependent of your diet. What you are interested to eat
and where you will eat. Make the list of different eatable products in a day.
Count the number of days, you will live outside. Count the
number of persons. Search the prices of same product at different places on
google. Now, you just multiply all these things. For example, I and my friend
just drink the water during the travel.

bottle of water Rs. 20 = Rs. 200
5. Cost of Cash Money in the Pocket
You will love to keep cash in your pocket instead to keep in
ATM. So, you will not get any interest on this money. Loss of interest is also
part of the cost of your travelling. For example, you go to India from USA. You
live India for One year. You have taken $ 100,000 cash in hand and same
converted in Indian Currency whose value is Rs. 54,00,000. Now, you have
consumed just rs. 400,000. You went back USA with Rs. 50,00,000 and converted
in USA Currency whose value is $ 92302.01 after one year. Interest on this
money is the part of cost of your travelling.
6. Cost
of Buying Products During Travelling
Make the list of all the products which you will buy during
the travelling. For example, you are going for travelling for discovery. Search
on the google what you will find in that place which will be helpful for your
research and discover. Now, there are also online eCommerce store. So, you can
find its price. After reaching, you can touch physically before buying. So, to
calculate this cost is also must.
