Recently, one of my online friend shared me a motivational story video in this he told the three type of human being. Now, I am trying to convert these 3 type of human being in 3 type of finance manager.
1st Type of Finance Manager : Finance Manager with Stable Mind Every Time
Before this type of finance manager, we will explain who is the person with stable mind. A person who does not fear from current adverse situation. Even, he will face the risk of death in next second but he will feel peace and enjoy current second. So, finance manager may be of this first type. Such finance manager live in current time. When they appoint as finance manager. They face lots of problems but they do not fear from the problem. Every day, they enjoy their finance work. Whether they have to take investment decision or decisions for risk management, they do not leave their peace of mind. They enjoy the fun of life and it is sure in this fun, they get the wonderful idea for solving their finance problem. They do not take any finance related decisions emotionally. Instead of taking wrong fastly decisions, they took time for analysis all the situations. If boss is in hurry. They always keep the resignation in their pocket because they do not interested to work with emotional and hurried boss. They think, hurry is the main case of accident in finance. They go to history of finance problem. They use probability tool for future estimations, then they take the decision in current time.
2nd Type of Finance Manager : Finance Manager with Stable Mind in Short Time
These finance managers are stable mind in short time. They feel happy when they solve small finance problem. But when they have to face live or die situation, they lose their courage. These type of finance manager looks very good because they think only for short period but they can not keep their mind stable for long time in very bad situation. For example, if these type of finance manager gets the duty to overcome company's recession situation. He can take wrong decision because this is long term problem and finance manager has to slowly improve the situation. But second type of finance manager does just opposite.
3rd Type of Finance Manager : Finance Manager who Believes only in Luck
2nd type of finance manager can become 1st type of finance manager but third type of finance manager who believes only in luck, will never get success in finance industry. They do nothing. When they face any finance problem which they can not solve, they starts to weep for their luck. They never tights their waist for doing their duty. They waste current time just thinking about luck. When boss will angry, they say, it is the only luck that our competitor got success. It is only luck, our ROI is low. It is only luck, we did wrong investment decision. It is only luck, I am unsuccessful finance manager.
