One of the great quality in him that he used his sweet tongue for talking with all. I learned to speak in sweet voice from him. He was jeweler. From morning to evening, his shop was filled with customers because every word from his tongue was sweeter than sugar. Sometime, customers behaved angry but he always spoke in a manner that customers felt happy at the end.
He always used to say, "Customer is as the God, we should talk him with love." When our client is creator of our dignity, we can make him our own only if we will behave him with love and co-operation."
