The History of Accounting Education began on Jan. 19, 2008 when Vinod Kumar has started to teach accounting to online students through written contents, accounting tutorials and accounting problems' solutions.
Accounting Education was founded by Vinod Kumar, who was already operating offline institute. Prior to operating offline commerce institute, Vinod studied accounting, finance and computer science upto post-graduation. The website was developed over the subsequent months. The beginning of site was with publishing of contents which was given to a client of a Freelancer website who had given the promise of paying $ 20 for 50 content. Founder of Accounting Education has sent 50 contents through email but the client did not pay. When money was demanded from client. Client did not answer. In the last letter, Vinod Kumar thanked him because due to this, he wrote 50 contents within a short period. Second, there is not any physical transfer of knowledge. After this, he published his already written notes of accounting. The first Accounting Education's content was titled How to Get Self Confidence. This content was published on Jan. 19 2008, and can still be viewed on the site at here.
In 2009, Accounting Education's top menu "Accounting Resources", Finance, Solutions and Ask your problem came into existence. It has also made 34 categories which you can see just right side. Now, target was clear where this website had to work. In the same year, accounting resources had classified on the basis of subjects and on the basis of classes. Same year, all finance contents were created which covered basic and advance level and it had been shown through a simple infographic which liked by finance students and professionals. One tragedy had also happened to its domain in 2010 which was solved by friends's support. Its story, you can read at here. One is the important growth of Accounting Education is in 2010 for writing the content. In the April 2010, 89 contents were written which was the highest in the last 6 years. Second growth is of the viewers and advertising benefits.
On 2011, the home page of Accounting Education started to show a small banner Learn Accounting which was made through html map and was only for showing home page. It has three main buttons which have the resources for learning accounting. From this these resources, any new student can enter in accounting learning. Resources of Accounting Tutorial section was added in 2012. In this section student will get step by step guide of accounting. Second section is of Accounting Examples and third section is of Accounting Test. From time time, contents were added and still suitable and useful contents are adding. Third Section is of Accounting Test. All these sections must be read by all dummies.
Accounting Education was made with the aim, "Small Effects can Make Difference" From 2011 to 2013, it is operating with stable race and by remembering this aim.
On 19th Jan. 2012, it has celebrated its 4th Birthday.
On Sept. 2012, it has started to provide the reward to the winner of Accounting Education contests.
On 19th Jan. 2013, it has celebrated its 5th Birthday.
With our small efforts, we have reached on 11,234,460 + 4,363,782 = 15,598,242 views (both Accounting Education Site and Svtuition Youtube Channel which was started with the aim of hosting of accounting education's video). All are from organic user's search without investing money on advertising. This statistics reference is enough for bookmark the Accounting Education Website for future learning.
