Message on My 34th Birthday (30th March 2014)

Either me or you, life is travelling time. I think, birthday is just good time to make good habits. It is the time to promise yourself.

As per my view, best habit should be relating to health. Whether I am 34 or 43, if I am not healthy, I am half dead. I will waste my time and my family’s time. Same time, I can do great works. So, today, I am unplugging my promise to myself. You can also same promise to yourself on your any birthday.

1. I will do some physical exercise daily

Oh my God, I spent 34 years but I had not addicted of physical exercise daily. But now, it is the time to get this addiction. I saw lots of smokers. They smoke daily whether money is in their pocket or not because they have bad addiction but they follow it honestly. But why I did not follow this good habit daily. Because, I was dishonest. I know, this physical exercise will make me healthy up to my death. So, I will make this as part of my life. Smoker can forget to smoke but I cannot forget to do physical exercise in my rest life.

2. I will Chewing the One piece of food 20 times

In past of my life, I did biggest mistake. God has given me 32 teethes for proper chewing. But, at the time of eating food, I was busy to solving my other problems. I know, if I will not digest food properly, in future, I will create health problems. So, from my 34^th birthday, I will become the addiction of this good habit. To adopt this habit is necessary because there is no tooth of intestine.

3. I will meditate Myself

In past, I was lazy to meditate myself. Now, every day, I will meditate myself by pray of God. Today, I know, it is necessary for mental health. Brain has control whole body. When it will uncontrolled, you will become on dead body and people say, you are mad. When we start meditate, we get power from God for controlling our brain. I think, super brain of God can control, super creation whose name is human brain.
