Recently, my friend's son has admitted in 10+1 commerce. He is worried because accounting is so tough in commerce. So, he requested me to taught him. But, I was interested to teach him the self-help for learning accounting to his student because all ability already in his son as student. I just have to awake these abilities. Here, I am explaining the techniques of self-help for students.
1. Meditation for Peace of Your Mind
When teacher teaches in the classroom and then we study same topic for 2 to 3 times, it is sure, we can easily understand it but if our mind is not on the classroom and study. We cannot understand our topic. So, best medicine of self-help for students is to meditate for peace of mind. To do this is very simple. Close your eyes for 5 minutes in starting. Increase to close your eyes from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in morning and in evening. Concentrate your mind. Say yourself with deep breathing, dear mind, I have to study. It is my main aim to success. Please stop your flowing to other side. Say this 10 to 20 times slowly. Practice this meditation daily. It will increase your power to control your mind.
2. Physical Exercise
..... If any student keeps strict on his physical exercise schedule, it will be great self-help for becoming healthy and growing in study. Why? We know, our whole body needs oxygen. When we do not do physical exercise, supply of oxygen will be low for each cell. It will decrease the consciousness of mind and brain. Due to this, our absorption of any subject will decrease. Physical exercise will increase your IQ level. So, do it day and night.
3. Speak Loud and Make Image of Story
Do you know, why do you fear from dog? Because, dog speaks in loudly. Loud voice directly hits your brain. Your brain memory will understand deeply if you read 3 to 4 times in loud voice.
..... Do you know, why do you remember your mother or father? Because of making image of your parent. If you start to make image your learning story in your brain, you can learn anything without the help of extra tuition. For this, you just practice of this self-help technique. After learning, close your eyes. Scan the book’s that page which you have learned. Convert it into image.
