1st Step : Learn to Track Inventory in SAP
To track inventory and its all items quantity is necessary to find the difference between the book quantity and physical quantity of stock. For track inventory in SAP, you have to just open administration home of SAP by id and password. Go to inventory management. In inventory management, you can see the reports of inventory list, physical inventory and status of inventory in transit through delivery status. You can also count the inventory and see book quantity and actual quantity of stock if you add actual quantity in it.

3rd Step : Learn to Create and Use Multiple Units of Inventory in SAP
In SAP, we can create and use of multiple units of inventory. To create multiple unit of measurement is necessary due to buying and selling requirement. For example, we buy any product in large quantity and sell it in retail. So, both unit of measurement will be different. If we have to record both sales and purchase in SAP, we have to create multiple units. Multiple units can be created in inventory management. You can use it when you record purchase data and sales data. Following is the example in which we have filled the sales order data in two units of measurement. One is Carton and other is pack. 4th Step : Learn Fixed Assets Management in SAP
For every business, fixed assets are about 60% to 70% of total assets. So, what is its current value. Whether it is on the time of replacement or not. Better manage fixed assets means better secure our fixed assets. SAP helps us for this. We just learn, how?
In the home window of SAP, you have to click administration menu. Then go to system intialization. Now, click company detail. In company detail window, click check button "enable fixed assets management."
Now go to set up menu. Then go to financial. Then go to fixed assets menu. Then, go to account determination. Here, you can see the list of all fixed assets.
- You can also add new fixed asset data by going to financial menu and then going to adding master data. See screenshot of adding new master data of CAR.
- Now again go to Purchase A/P for for purchasing and filling purchase invoice. By adding this. Purchase of car entry will automatically pass which you can confirm by checking journal entry menu.
- You can change the depreciation method and rate on any specific fixed asset.
5th Step : Learn Service Management in SAP
To learn service management in SAP is necessary for the employees of a company who provides all the advance services on the equipment basis. So, in the home page of SAP accounting software, you can see service menu. In this menu, you can create service call, customer equipment card and service contract. After this, you can see the different service reports for analysis.
