1. Think About Why should We think
Positive
It is the first step toward the positive think. We have to
think about the benefits of positive thinking. We can answer this question with
a scientific quote. Everything has its own shadow. If you have a person, it has
its own shadow. If you have the flower, it has its own shadow. In real life,
your thoughts are also creator of your shadow. Shadow is the result which is in
the form of happiness, enjoy, richness and other rewards of life in the form of
success. If you think negative, its shadow will become different. It will be in
the form of sadness, suffering and pain. So, now, you have to understand cause
and affect theory. You have to start to think positive for making your own new
shadow which is only success.
2. Avoid Negative Thoughts
By avoiding negative thoughts, you can think positive. But
it is not easy to avoid negative thoughts. But if you are so aware about the
side-effect of negative thoughts, you can easily withdraw all negative thoughts
from your mind. One of big side effect of negative thoughts that it generates
tensions in your mind. This tension generates all famous disease for you. So, you want to become healthy. You have to
avoid tension. If you want to avoid tension, you have to avoid negative
thoughts. By avoiding negative thoughts, space will empty and it will
automatically be filled with positive thoughts.
3. Identify Your Difficulties
I do not know, you difficulties. But I know, God has started
a big game by making this world. For making you the champion and genius, God
has created different barriers in the form of your difficulties. Anyone who
will jump and win the race will have the right to get reward. You just practice
to jump. This jump is just the practice of good thinking. Every positive
thinking will increase your stamina to jump more on other your problems. So,
never run from your difficulties because God has made barrier everywhere. So,
face the problems with smile, it will generate positive thinking in you.
4. Never Leave Hopes
Think about hopes. When you have to think, think, if this
time is night, tomorrow will be day. If this time, I am feeling pain, I will
feel happiness next time. Today, If I have no money, tomorrow, I have lots of
money.
5. Struggle for Connecting Each Good
Thought with Other Good Thoughts in Your Mind
Everyday, our mind thinks 50000 to 60000 thoughts. We think
both good and bad thoughts. If we have to bring positive thinking in our mind,
we have to struggle for connecting every good thought with other good thought
in our mind. It is so simple. Suppose you think, you will get up early in the
morning. This is good thought. Connect it with other good thought. I will do my
all work on the time. That is good thought. Connect it with other good thought.
Today, I will not abuse anybody. Great, this is good thought. Now, when in your
life, your all good thoughts connect with each other. Your next thought will
automatically be good because you have struggled to make the circle of good
thoughts in your mind and now your mind automatically works on your good
thoughts.
