We all know that there is big effect of teacher's words on the mind of student. Every teacher is the creater of the life of their students. His words can make or spoil the life of a student. So, teacher must be careful while he or she is speaking with students.
1. Think before Speaking with Student
Teacher should think before speaking to student. Students will follow fast to their teacher instead of any other member of society. If any teacher will speak with anger without thinking to a student, what is its effect? For example, a teacher threatened to a student, " If you open your mouth, I will bite your tongue." This is anger behavior of a teacher without thinking. From same day, student had stopped to talk. Due to this anger, progress of a student will stop. So, teacher should never speak like this.
2. Speak with Love
There is big power in love. Teacher can win the heart of student if he will start to speak with love. For this, he has to include some sweet in his words. With this, same teacher will become role model of the students. He should behave to students as he wants to expect from them. He should speak to students like he is speaking his own children. With this, he will surely give a great effect on the life of students.
3. Speak Loud
There may be large number of student in the class. If you will speak in slow volume, your taught subject will not be understood by students who are setting in last bench.
4. Speak Again for Explaining
If there is the time in lecture, teacher should again speak to explain the topic. It will give more power to students to understand the topic. There will be big credit if any teacher will speak again for explaining his explained topic.
5. Speak More Freedom of Speech
Today, we are seeing censorship everywhere. It starts from classroom when teacher do not allow any student to speak what he or she is thinking. If you want to become great teacher, you should speak about more freedom of speech. With this, students can easily throw their inside pressed thoughts. Only these thoughts can change the world.
