Leadership is basic quality of a manager of any company .every company wants to earn maximum profit with minimum cost. For this the company has to some important decisions. Lack of leadership, managers can take decision at right time .because it is art and it can learn by seminar. Seminar may be a group meeting more than one day.
In this meeting, different managers discuss the matter of leadership. If any manager asks the question about his problem in leader, then its answer is given by guest faculty or educational consultant. The question can be divided in two categories.
1 general question
These questions are relating to improve this skill.
2 technical questions
These questions are related to problems of managers.
For example accounts manager can ask the question that how he can maintain the accounts of different branches.
Its answer must be given only by accounting expert in the field of branch accounting.
Some experience in leadership with graduate degree in management is necessary. Because after passing of time a person gains the quality of leadership. Some meeting, seminars, conferences are very helpful in developing the skill of leadership.

The leadership seminar is structured around discussions, lectures, workshops and simulations with leading experts on key topics. You will be evaluated on your presence and involvement in all these activities. Involvement means having completed preparatory work, engaging in discussions, exhibiting sensitivity to contrasting styles of communication, being open to different styles of learning, especially outside your performance comfort zones, intentionally reflecting on experience, and contributing to the overall success of a session or event.
In my opinion, one seminar must be for 10 days. Three years ago, I also attend educational seminar for one month. I taught a great knowledge. There, I had to give lecture on specific topic for half our. With this our confidence in the subject had been increased. I am in favor of seminar.
M.ed or PhD in education subject or MBA in Leadership Studies is very advance degree for expert in educational leadership consulting.
