Clinical Consultant: This position can be located anywhere in the continental US and requires up to 80% travel.PURPOSE OF JOB:

The consultant should display project management skills such as consistent progress reports based on plan objectives, verbal and written presentation of findings, and identification and documentation of issues and subsequent facilitation of prompt resolution.
Qualification of clinical consultant
A bachelors and clinical degree/certification are education prerequisites. Experience requirements include prior employment with an acute care hospital, clinical IT implementation or a large consulting firm.

5. Works effectively and shows leadership skills with client representatives, mostly as a planner and facilitator of activities required for the success of the engagement. Potentially, makes presentations at appropriate level in client organization. Develops strong and recognized relationships with customers as a byproduct of engagement work. Understands and communicates engagement value outside area of expertise.
6. Identifies and validates opportunities for add-on work.
7. Works effectively with sponsor. Identifies personal growth challenges and opportunities, structures performance plan, and seeks coaching accordingly. Seeks opportunities to develop task competency and methodology understanding/proficiency. Seeks opportunities to stretch current capabilities through observation and/or active participation for such activities as analyses, proposals, or presentations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
