Recently, Principal and Lecturer of Govt. Co. Ed. Secondary School has invited me to give motivational lecture for their students. More than 1500 students are studying 10+1 and 10+2 in Arts, Commerce, Medical and Non-Medical subjects. I passed 10+2 (Commerce ) from same school in 1998. It was happy news for me because I had to the motivate to students where I studied. Thanks God, Give me this opportunity!
This lecture was simple Hindi language. After coming, I translated it in simple English language. I think, my international students will get benefit from this lecture.

From 15 years, I am working in the teaching field. I taught 10 years offline students. From 5 years, I am teaching to online students. There is big difference between offline and online teaching but there are unlimited opportunities in online teaching. So, if you are interested to become online teacher, I am interested to share the best way to become successful online teacher.
Tell me who use the google or Internet? Ok, there are lots of students who use google. All of you are students and when you want to get education online, you write your query in the Google box and we online teachers give the solution of your problem through written and video lecture. For example, if you are learning dancing, you will write, "How to Dance?" If you are learning to become successful, you will write, "How to Become Successful Personal in the Life?" Like this, you learn millions of things through Google and its partners website.
Now, online teaching, only those teacher will be successful whose written or video lecture will come in first 3 because all most all the students went to first 3 mentioned websites. So, online teaching is also challenge for you.
Now, I will teach you, how can you become successful teacher?
There are three main rules of becoming successful online teacher.
1st Rule : Get Higher Education
It is very necessary to get higher education in any field without this, you can not become successful online teacher. More you will get higher education, more you will get potentiality to teach online. I have post-graduation in commerce. I have also degree in computer science. So, I can teach both commerce and computer classes.
2nd Rule : Get Online Teaching Skills
For getting online teaching skill, you have to follow famous online teachers. Copy their style of teaching. What resources they are using for online teaching?
3rd Rule : Increase Your Tolerance Power to Suffer the Failure of Online Teaching
It is not sure, you will be get success in first online teaching attempt. But if you will increase your tolerance power to suffer the failure of online teacher, there will be more chance, you will get success in online teaching
Reason Behind Inviting Me : I think, they think, "I am a successful online teacher." I had shared my earning growth in my profession with them. I am earning Rs. 1,00,000+ per month earning through online sponsorship, educational products selling through my other eCommerce sites, my website space for advertisement for companies' products and donation. I reached this position just within 5 years and taught more than 1,00,00,000 online students. This model of online teaching is also useful for all students because I did not take Rs. 1 from a single students in these 5 years. Due to online teaching, I need not go to offline school, college or outside from my home station.
