"Fuse Bulb in Education" is the term which has been discovered by me. According to me, a students got all the education from big college and universities and still are unemployed. Such students are called fuse bulb.
I am saying such students as fuse bulb because there is no market value of such students. There parents' all investment is nil. Any company who needs employees, will not appoint the students who are not their qualified cafeteria. Second, all such student did not get education from school, college and university for doing own business.
I can teach you it as simple example. I bought one bulb and I paid Rs. 100. When I returned to my home, I supplied the electricity in it. But, it is not giving me the light. I was very sad. Because there is no value of fuse bulb for me because it is not giving the light to my home. I went to same shopkeeper and complained for this. He changed my fuse bulb and gave me new. He checked and it was OK. I was happy because I got good one without any cost.
If same will apply one education. Parents invest their hard earned money on education sector. There are 1000 types degree, diplomas in the education sector which are provided by different school, college and universities. But still they are unemployed? Why because all these school, college and universities are producing fuse bulb. Parents are helpless because they can not get their invested money. Now, we are finding its main reasons in detail.
1. Parents are Responsible
As per my thinking, parents are responsible. They think, their duty has completed with sending their children to school and paying their school fees. They spend their whole time for earning money and the debauchery. Money is necessary for living the life but money is not everything. Wife and husband relation demand sacrifice. But they think, it is the permit to do sex without any limit. So, they go from their limit. Due to this, their health affects. They spend their time and money on the their health care instead to spend time to educate their children.
I spent my more time on the research on this. I got great results from this.
a) Parents do not spend their time to give real education to their children.
b) Husband and wife spend more time on their sex life even after the birth of their children. Due to not control on their mind, they do not do their good duty as their parent. If one party of their sexual partner is not satisfied, then, it will start to quarrel with other. With this, environment of education will disturb.
c) Due to more sex with each other, they get weakness. Except this, they do not follow stable health principle. Due to this, different diseases, they face. They give their time, money and energy to hospital.
Same energy, which parent had invested in above unethical purpose, should invest on their children for making them intelligent and wise.
2. Teachers are Responsible
After parents, teachers are also responsible. They are just running to cover their syllabus. They have started to classify the student. No teacher of the world has right to classify the students in bad category. Most teacher do the mistake to say, Their some students are idiot and duffer and other some students are intelligent and smart. Tell me, how can teacher say this? Suppose, there is a classroom where there are 60 students and there is 60 minute lecture. Teacher spends only one minute on one student (average). If he or she teaches 3 months. It means, in 3 months, he or she taught only 1 hour and 18 minutes and started divide students into good and bad. Will this big mistake spoil the life of student. So, teachers should re-think. Teachers should always motivate all type of students. Otherwise, teachers will generate only fuse bulb. Motivation is more powerful than teaching your subject. I think, if every teacher leaves their selfishness and give more time to student, all student can intelligent. Only then, your taught student will self-reliance.
