Whether you are studying accounting or finance or any other subject or you are preparing competitive exam., it is sure, there will be stress in same stress. It is normal and it is good. Because with this, you will study with more focus. By taking stress, your strength will increase and you will study with your whole power. Anyone who does not take the normal stress in studies, never get success in study. I remember, I do not get sleep in exam. days properly. But, we are talking about abnormal and chronic stress. This stress is disease and it can easy catch the students who take more and more stress deeply. All these students lose their memories. They will feel laziness. They may face physical problem also like head ache and other disturbance in digestion system. Due to abnormal and chronic stress, their immune system may also damage. So, it is necessary to overcome it. I have made a simple Hindi Video for Indian students. For all students including outside India, I have written steps in simple English which will help you to overcome stress in studies.
There are Two System in which you have to go.
First : To Understand about Abnormal and Chronic Stress in Studies
If you feel fear the results of not getting success in your education or if your parents and teachers give you stress for getting more mark or getting position at any cost. You can go the abnormal and chronic stress in studies. As a student, you want to relieve or release this stress but all doors are closed. No one listen your problem. You feel loneliness and soon, it will reach at chronic level. It is study that many students who take the step of suicide, are the patient of chronic stress. So, today, it is duty of parent and teachers, to help student to overcome their stress. It is more important than study. Only overcome of abnormal and chronic stress, your student can grow in life. For example, I am not govt. employee, not leader but I am successful businessman because my parent and my teacher and I never give abnormal and chronic stress to myself. All have help me to fill the design in my creation. All have cared my taste, interest and attitude.
Second : Follow Simple Steps to Relieve the Abnormal and Chronic Stress in Studies
1. Exercise
When any student starts to do exercise regularly and with his time table, he will stress on exercise. So, abnormal and chronic stress will transfer to the place where is space empty. So, study stress will reach zero level.
2. Sleep
Your are the parent and it is the duty of you that you must not allow your student to study after 9 p.m. It is enough because student has to sleep. Sleep increase the store of more energy. Same energy can be used for better study.
3. Eat Good Food
Never eat non veg. It will disturb the mind of student. Best food is vegetarian. Never eat fast food. Drink milk. Eat fruits. Eat fresh raw green vegetables. All have rich of energy which will be useful for fighting abnormal and chronic stress in studies.
4. Make Good Friends and Talk Relating to Studies
Make lots of your friend. Discuss about your studies. They can listen what you remember. They can solve your stress problem in studies.
5. Create New Hobby
Forget Study and develop the hobby. It is what you want to do with love. Parent has to check the interest of student. For example, writing and video-graphy is my hobby. So, I have earned most from it. Even I were only 10th pass and I can earn more that this because between 11th to 17th class, I spent 7 years, so, same can help me to grow my hobby. Today, there are millions of way of career. Only hobby can relieve the stress of your kids.
6. Student Should Use All the 5 Senses
Sometime, students listen good music. Some students should sings the good song. Sometime students should go to picnic for watching the birds and nature. It will relieve the stress in nature.
7. Laugh
Everyday, student has to laugh for 15 minutes in morning and 15 minutes in evening. It will clean the stress dust from brain of student. It will increase the confidence level of student.
